The Terms and Conditions below apply to Designerie workshops. By making a booking customers are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
Workshops are subject to availability and are booked on a first come first served basis. Availability and dates will be updated regularly on the website and will show up as “Sold out” when workshop is full.
The details you have supplied on your booking form and evaluations filled out at the workshops will be for the sole use of The Designerie, and will not be disclosed to any other persons or businesses.
Cancellation and refunds policy
If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. If you decide to cancel your booking within 21 days to the start of the workshop date, The Designerie unfortunately cannot offer a full refund. If, however, you cancel l21 days prior to the start of the workshop, we can issue a 50% refund. If you do need to cancel you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
We cannot offer any refund or rescheduling to individuals who do not show up for the workshop. If The Designerie need to cancel a class for any reason a full refund will be issued.
When making your booking we must receive full payment to secure your place. To confirm The Designerie will issue you with a receipt. Payment can be made by booking through our website or by making a payment over the phone by calling 028 20732606
All Private Party bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your date with full payment made 14 days before the workshop. A minimum number of participants are required to run a workshop based on the costs.
All kids workshop bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your date with full payment made 14 days before the workshop. A minimum number of participants are required to run a workshop based on the costs.
