Hand made in small batches by Tartine's head Chef Gary Stewart, this sweet sauce is perfect for desserts, scones, ice creams and cocktails. With its tart but sweet flavour, accompanied by a splash of local Bushmills Whiskey, this raspberry and apple sauce is sure to create a taste sensation.
Ingredients: Raspberry (39%), sugar, Armagh Bramley apples (19%), Bushmills Whiskey (14%), lemon juice, preservative potassium sorbate, cinnamon, clove.
