Returns

All sales are non-refundable. If your item has arrived broken or damaged, we will offer a replacement or exchange. You may be asked to return the item to us. Please notify us within 7 days from the delivery date of any damaged or broken items in order to claim your replacement, exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Workshop Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your workshop class, please inform us 7 days before and where possible we will try to get your class rescheduled, if cancellation is after this or rescheduling does not suit, unfortunately we are unable to re-sell the class space, and no refund will be possible.
