Hand made in small batches by Tartine's head Chef Gary Stewart, this delicious condiment is perfect for cheeses, charcuterie boards, sandwiches and burgers. With its sharp but sweet flavour coming from a splash of local Black Bush Irish Whiskey, this pickle sauce is sure to add extra depth and character to any dish it accompanies.
Ingredients: Apples (45%), Black Bush Whiskey (14%), dates (14%), red wine vinegar, muscavado sugar, spices (allspice, nutmeg, ginger), contains sulphites. Vegan and gluten free.
