Colour Trends For Your Home

Colour Trends For Your Home

As we move into Spring/Summer 2022.....there's no better time to treat your home to a fresh coat of paint.

Something as simple as the colour of home can have an immense impact on our emotions, happiness and well-being. So getting your colour scheme right has never been more important to ensure your home is your sanctuary!

Calming Greens

Synonymous with the outdoors, green is one of the coolest shades in interiors right now. For some people, being bold and moving from a classic white or grey palette can be daunting.

Paint brand, ‘Crown’ have identified a trend called ‘Liminal’ which features a colour palette of chalky aqua shades - an ode to the natural world. Why not try this colour palette in your living room or bedroom - bring natural tonal greens in through painted bedside lockers and accessories.

If you're looking to up-cycle your existing units why not try this beautiful shade from Autentico Vert Anglais

New Age Neutrals

While still popular interiors have moved away from colder tones on the greyscale. A resurgence of milky and almond toned neutrals create restful spaces that bring a sense of comfort and calmness to your home

Neutral colours also work fantastically as a blank canvas from which to introduce a colour accent wall, woodwork, or curtains.

Add warm natural wood and you’ll have a restful space to relax in.
